Salsa Picante


  • Diced Tomatoes;
  • chopped onion (yellow or white);
  • diced red and green bell pepper,;
  • fresh cilantro;
  • a little jalapeƱo pepper (optional, for hot/spicy flavour);
  • garlic;
  • a pinch of salt.


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until nearly entirely liquefied (unless you prefer it chunky, in which case: don't process as long).
