Pumpkin Smoothie


  • 1 can pumpkin purée
  • 2 cups coconut or almond milk (your preference)
  • a pinch nutmeg
  • slightly more generous pinch of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of splenda


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and purée/blend until smooth
  2. Drink (for those who indulge, this goes nicely with vodka or spiced rum)
