Cranberry Chia Jam

Chia Jam on Butternut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 4-6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of splenda
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. microwave cranberries in water until they all pop open
  2. put cranberries, water, chia, and splenda into blender or food processor and process until mixture is well blended
  3. Pour into a jar, seal, place in fridge overnight
