Cinnamon Pear Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado (skinned and pitted),
  • 1 Anjou pear (cored and sliced),
  • a pinch of cinnamon,
  • a pinch of nutmeg,
  • a pinch of ginger,
  • 2 packets of artificial sweetener (Splenda┬«),
  • c. 1 cup fresh spinach,
  • 2 tablespoons of Cary's┬« lo-carb syrup, and
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh brewed green tea

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredient in blender and blend until smooth.
