I walked 1.9 miles with Lola.
Later I cycled 8.5 miles in 35 minutes.
I did 75 push-ups, 55 pull-ups, and 300 crunches.
I weighed in at 130 lbs. with a BG of 97 mg/dL 77 mi down, 23 to go in the Great Cycle Callenge!
