I walked 2 miles this morning.
Later I did 100 push-ups, 100 pull-ups,
And 400 crunches, plus ellipticised 4 miles
in 20 minutes, burning 800 calories.
I weighed in at 132 lbs with blood sugar at 106 mg/dL.
I figured, since I'm going to spend all night dancing with pretty hippy chicks
at the Twiddle show at College Street Music Hall, that should be sufficient for now…
