I walked 2.7 miles this morning.
Later I cycled 12.75 miles in 30 minutes
(top speed 46 MPHJ, ave. speed 25.3 mph).
I did 125 pushups, 110 pullups, and 500 crunches.
I weighed in at 135 lbs with a BG reading of 91 mg/dL.
