I walked 3 miles this morning.
Later I cycled 12.9 miles in 30 minutes.
(Top speed 40.3 mph, ave speed 26 mph).
I also did 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 400 crunches,
50 shoulder lifts and 100 calf raises.
I weighed in at 135 lbs with a BG reading of 100 mg/dL.
